The Civic Influencer Initiative represents RMAPI’s reimagined Community Engagement Strategy<\/strong>, centering the voices of city of Rochester residents with lived experience navigating poverty and inequity.<\/p>

This initiative aims to equip individuals with the tools and support needed to actively participate in civic conversations and contribute to equitable solutions.<\/p>

By focusing on their lived expertise, RMAPI seeks to empower community members to share their perspectives and shape discussions that drive meaningful change.<\/p>

The Rochester-Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative (RMAPI) is seeking a passionate and skilled Civic Influencer Pathways Coach to empower individuals on their journey to economic mobility. This role goes beyond traditional case management, utilizing the internationally recognized EMPath Model (Economic Mobility Pathways) to foster holistic and strength-based coaching.<\/p>

As part of RMAPI\u2019s mission to address systemic barriers and prioritize equity, the Pathways Coach will provide one-on-one support, facilitate transformative workshops, and connect participants with vital resources. This independent contractor position offers flexibility, a competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by aligning coaching strategies with RMAPI\u2019s core drivers of dignity, autonomy, and economic success.
